We call you back within one business day
Lance or a member of the crew calls to talk through the age of your pool, what is bothering you about it, and roughly what you are hoping to spend. Most of that conversation takes ten minutes and saves a wasted visit.

We walk the backyard with you
The on-site visit is free and there is no obligation. We look at the interior finish, waterline tile, coping, deck joints, bond beam and the equipment pad, and we point out anything that needs to be addressed before a new surface goes in.

You see finish and deck samples in your own light
Pebble, quartz and plaster colors read very differently in Texas sun than they do on a showroom shelf, so we bring samples to the pool and hold them against your existing tile, coping and house brick.

You get an itemized written estimate
Surface prep, the interior finish, tile, coping, decking, plumbing, equipment and startup are each priced on their own line so you can compare options, add or drop scope, and see exactly what drives the number.

You pick a start date
Once you approve the scope we schedule the drain date and give you a realistic week-by-week timeline in writing, including the weather buffer that plaster and concrete work always needs in North Texas.
When we answer
Our crews are on job sites Monday through Friday from early morning until late afternoon, and we take calls on Saturday mornings during the busy spring and summer season. If we are spraying pebble or setting coping when you call, our answering service takes down your details and we return the call the same day. Email and the form above are checked every evening, so a message sent at night is answered the next morning.
Where we work
Aqua MD is based in Fort Worth and works throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, including Arlington, Mansfield, Keller, Southlake, Colleyville, Grapevine, Aledo, Benbrook, Burleson, Midlothian, Cedar Hill, North Richland Hills, Hurst, Bedford, Euless and Grand Prairie. We take both residential remodels and commercial work such as apartment, HOA and hotel pools. If your address is outside that list, call us anyway and we will tell you honestly whether we can serve you well.
What to have ready (optional)
None of this is required, but it speeds up the estimate: the approximate age of the pool and when it was last resurfaced, photos of the interior finish and any cracked tile or decking, the brand and age of your pump and heater, and a rough idea of whether you want to fix what is failing or redesign the whole backyard. If you are financing the project, knowing your target monthly payment helps us shape the scope around it.
