Most of our feature work is added to a pool that already exists. That means opening the deck to run new lines, tying into the pad, and building the structure so it does not settle away from the pool. It is very doable, and it is far cheaper when combined with a remodel that already has the deck open.

Uplighting behind falling water is what makes a feature carry at night. We integrate LED fixtures and put them on the same controller as the pool lights so the whole backyard turns on in one scene.
Features add surface area and evaporation, so expect slightly more make-up water and attention to chemistry. Stone waterfalls occasionally need scale attention, and sheer descent lips need to be kept clean and level to sheet properly.
