- 1. Opened the bond beam crack and exposed the steel
- 2. Added new rebar ties and shot repair gunite
- 3. Re-leveled and re-grouted the coping stones
- 4. Repaired the deck-to-coping transition
- 5. Resurfaced the interior and sealed the new mastic joint
