Before: hollow, hard-to-clean plaster with rust stains, loose waterline tile, and cracked mortar under the coping. After: new waterline tile, reset coping stone with clean joints, and a fresh plaster or pebble interior that reads deep blue in the sun. Most of these pool resurfacing remodels were drained, chipped, tiled, and refilled in one to two weeks.
